Barrell Bourbon is small batch craft distilled whiskey bottled at full strength. Each batch of our whiskey is unique.

• Mash bill: 70% corn, 25% rye, 5% malted barley
• Distilled in Tennessee
• Aged in Kentucky
• Bottled at 121.6 proof
• Aged for 5 years in charred white oak barrels

This is a deep, rich colored bourbon.  On the nose you'll get a bold mix of vanilla bean, cherries and caramel.  On the palate, you'll detect lots of cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and orange peel, as well as a lot of earthiness.  This is a rich bourbon with lots of complexity.  And you'll love the long, spicey, char finish.   This bourbon tied with Pappy Van Winkle 15 year bourbon
